We take the customer interview and survey process seriously. Meticulous attention to this core process is a key source of our differentiation.
We have tested and refined our proprietary approaches by conducting thousands upon thousands of in-depth interviews and surveys with healthcare professionals. Additionally, we have assembled a large network of relationships with medical professionals, especially key opinion leaders, with whom we can confer when we need an expert medical insight.
These research techniques and relationships enable us to get to the scientific and analytic heart of issues quickly, addressing both rational and emotional factors in product selection.
